This project is concerned with the synProject of Aluminosilicate(CaAl2Si4O12.6H2O) whichhave a porous system. Aluminium sulfate and sodium silicate were used as starting agents and Triton x-100 as a surfactant was also used in order to obtain a product with smaller particle.The solid products were calcined and sample was collected and identified Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Differential Scanning Calorimetry techniques to check the framework. The infrared data exhibited asymmetric stretching and bending modes of Al-O and Si-O bonds of product. From DSC data showed that water and organic contents were removed at 100-250 °C and new phase occur at 650 °C
